TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to EVRYSTUDIO.CO. By accessing this website, booking classes, purchasing memberships, attending events, or using services provided by EVRY Pilates Studio / EVRY Wellness (“EVRY,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
 

Please read carefully before using our website or services.

1. GENERAL USE

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/legal guardian.

  • You understand participation in fitness and wellness activities carries inherent risks.

  • You agree to comply with all studio policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

EVRY reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
 

2. MEMBERSHIPS & CLASS PACKAGES

All memberships, class packages, workshops, events, and promotional offers are:

  • Non-transferable

  • Non-refundable

  • Cannot be shared between clients unless otherwise stated

Memberships automatically renew unless canceled according to the cancellation policy outlined at purchase.

Pricing, benefits, and studio offerings may change at any time.

Founding Membership pricing and perks are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time once launch promotions end.
 

3. CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY

To maintain fairness for all clients:

  • Classes canceled less than 12 hours before class time may result in a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may result in a fee and/or loss of class credit.

  • Clients arriving late may not be permitted entry once class has started for safety and experience purposes.

Fees and policies are subject to change and will be communicated through the booking platform.
 

4. HEALTH & SAFETY

By participating in any class, event, or service, you confirm that:

  • You are physically able to participate in fitness activities.

  • You understand heated classes may increase physical intensity.

  • You will notify instructors of any injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, or limitations before class.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

EVRY Studio and its owners, instructors, contractors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses related to participation.
 

5. WAIVER & RELEASE

By booking or attending classes, you acknowledge that:

  • Fitness activities involve risks including injury, illness, falls, muscle strain, dehydration, or other physical complications.

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

You release and hold harmless EVRY Studio / EVRY Wellness, its owners, instructors, staff, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of participation in classes, events, workshops, or use of the facility.
 

6. STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Clients are expected to:

  • Respect instructors, staff, and fellow members

  • Maintain a clean environment

  • Use equipment responsibly

  • Follow studio rules and safety instructions

EVRY reserves the right to refuse service or terminate memberships for disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
 

7. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

EVRY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the studio or events.
 

8. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE

By entering the studio or attending events, you acknowledge that photos or videos may occasionally be captured for marketing and social media purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in media content, please notify staff in writing before class or events.
 

9. WEBSITE CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including logos, branding, graphics, text, videos, designs, and images — is the property of EVRY Studio / EVRY Wellness and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
 

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website and booking systems may integrate with third-party services including:

We are not responsible for outages, technical issues, or policies related to third-party platforms.
